Quality control
Every care is taken by our site managers to adhere to our strict policy on quality control and this is passed on to our workforce and sub-contractors.

The standards and specification included in a new home are a combination of the purchasers own input and also feedback from experience gained on previous projects.

Health and Safety
This is a very important part of on site operations and as such we employ our own safety advisors who on a monthly basis inspect our sites without prior notice. This enables them to point out any possible future hazards that may have gone unnoticed which in turn provides a safe working environment on our sites
