Martin Developments are proud to announce that they are recipients of a Special Mention award certificate in the Luxury Homes Department.

The award was presented to Charles Martin, by West Country Publication at their New Homes 2002 Award Ceremony Dinner at the Elfordleigh Country Club Hotel, Plympton, On February 7th 2003.

“House Builders from Devon and Cornwall were asked to send in their portfolios so we entered ours. We were not aware until the evening who had won as we were invited as short listed entrants. I was delighted and ecstatic when we won” says Charles.
“ It was attributed to our innovation in being the first company in the West Country to introduce Domestic Fire Sprinklers into new homes at the Briarcroft Development, Teignmouth.”
